Projects Developed:
1. The Pied Piper: an Intranet portal
for our own use. It is a platform where all the employees can access important and
critical data to help them perform their functions easily. The Pied Piper also helps
the employees develop their skills by sharing their knowledge with each other and
also through the central repository. It also helps them destress by giving them
a place to share jokes, any memorable moments, discuss any topic. They can also
apply for leave, consumables and any thing that they need online.
2. RISHTEY: This is a Business 2 Business
(B2B) portal that helps a national distributor/s of any product to establish, manage
and maintain their business Funnels. It enables the distributor/s to have a smooth
relationship with its myriad Channel Partners or Business Partners by ensuring timely
booking of orders, delivery of products, finance related matters and other such
functions. It also provides Sales Analytic tools and dashboards.
3. PiSA: Most organizations find it a
very tough task to keep a track of all their sales and marketing activities. Often,
proposals/quotations and other related documents and information are misplaced.
It also is quite an arduous task for a Sales Manager to keep a track of the cases/leads
being worked upon by his team of sales executives and to ensure proper follow up
of the cases/leads, proposals submitted, quotations to be prepared, quotations sent
etc. Being an organization that is involved in this sphere of business, we have
put our functional expertise to use and are coming out with “Pisa” a sales automation
tool that will address the issues mentioned above. This tool is in the test phase.
4. Tyrone: This is a Distribution Management
portal, also, based on the B2B model. It helps the client who is into manufacturing
high-end computer hardware products to liaise with their international and national
business partners ensuring that all issues are settled timely and efficiently.
5. Maison Street With the real estate
industry in India witnessing a boom, the online property market holds considerable
opportunities. This is the potential that Maison Street is now targeting by striving
to develop this portal into one of the leading sites for buying, selling or leasing
any type of property, anywhere in Bangalore.
Ongoing Projects:
1. Adaptive Process Accelerator: This
is an extremely flexible web based system to define and manage processes in an organization
as per its needs and model adoption plan. It incorporates multiple model requirements
and industry best practices. It is completely role and context based, enables multiple
layers and layout presentations. The system also allows for capturing of the company's
own best practices. It cuts CMMI/ISO implementation cost by 70% and time by 50%.
2. Chalet Hospitality : This is a mini
ERP that is being developed to cater to the unique requirements of organizations
engaged in providing service apartments, guest houses, corporate residences and
facility Management. It is an e-commerce enabled web application. Online Booking
of apartments and related packages, an INTRANET that is comprehensive etc are some
of the features of this application.
